Pre-Orders 

Preorders are orders placed for an item that has not yet been updated or released in our store. A payment is taken for the order that has a PREORDER stamp.

The date in the description of the item is an estimated ship date, which means the item will arrive to our facility on that date (depending on uncontrollable weather events) and it will ship to you on or after that date. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email or call.

 Holiday Shipping

Due to a generous amount of orders; The shipping timeframe is 5-10 business days for processing; and 2-3 business days for shipping.

Please keep in mind during the holidays there can be a delay due to UPS delivery schedule. Also during the holiday season, we are closed the day before the holiday and the day of the holiday. 

Lost or stolen packages

 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Returns:

Unfortunately, we have a NO REFUND policy, but we offer store credits and exchanges. Store credits do not expire and can be used towards any purchase.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, we are more than happy to provide a credit to your account in the amount of the purchase. If an item is in stock, we will ship a replacement item to you right away.
